Greg Ordonez


Greg has been with the organization since January 2015. In his role, Greg is responsible for sales and distribution growth of the executive benefits market line of business – representing over $27 billion of policyowner liabilities. Greg began his career with an M Financial firm in New York as a Group Benefit Analyst; he quickly progressed into executive benefits and business operations. He left the firm as Executive Vice President, joining Marsh Executive Benefits in 1996 as Vice President of Sales Support. In 2005, after three successful acquisitions, Greg assumed national leadership of Marsh Executive Benefits, focusing on the executive benefits market, including corporate-sponsored disability, life and LTC insurance, bank-owned life insurance, nonqualified deferred compensation, and high net worth life solutions.

Greg holds a B.A. in public policy (health policy) from Duke University. He obtained Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter designations from the American College.
Greg is a member of FINSECA.
