Clay Kennedy
As Vice President, Insurance and Nonqualified Retirement Plan Sales, Kennedy is responsible for building and directing the activities of the NQDC and insurance sales team to grow the distribution of nonqualified recordkeeping services and institutional life insurance programs. He focuses on the continued demonstration of advisor value that executive benefits plans and proper funding offer to their practice and clients as part of a total benefits solution.
Clay joined the company in 2020 as a Regional Director responsible for distribution of nonqualified retirement plan sales. He has 22 years of sales and management experience in the financial services industry, with more than 10 years focused exclusively on the nonqualified and executive benefits markets.
Prior to that, he was the regional vice president of nonqualified compensation plans for Principal Financial Group. He also served as a senior vice president of business development at ReMark International.
Clay earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas Tech University.
